These terms are an agreement between you and {company} ("Globfolio", "we", "us"), {rc}, of {address}. By creating an account, subscribing or using globfolio.com, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use Globfolio.

1. What Globfolio is

Globfolio publishes research, stock alerts, market updates, courses, webinars and a members' Chatroom about Nigerian and US-listed stocks. Everything we publish is general information and education. It is not personal financial, investment, tax or legal advice, and it does not take your goals, finances or risk tolerance into account. Read our Risk Disclosure before acting on anything you see here.

2. Who can use Globfolio

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. You're responsible for making sure that using Globfolio, and investing in the markets we discuss, is lawful where you live.

3. Your account

• An account is for one person. Don't share your login, password, activation code, alerts or paid content with anyone.
• Keep your password safe and tell us straight away at {support} if you think someone else has used your account.
• Your username must not impersonate anyone or be offensive. We may change usernames that break these terms.

4. Plans, payments and renewals

• Plans, prices and what each includes are shown on the Plans page at the time you pay. Prices are in Nigerian naira and include any applicable taxes unless we say otherwise.
• You can pay by Paystack or by direct bank transfer. Bank transfers are confirmed manually, and your access starts once we've confirmed your payment.
• Subscriptions run for the period of the plan you buy (currently one year). They do not renew automatically: we remind you before your plan ends, and you choose whether to renew.
• Optional add-ons, such as WhatsApp stock alerts, are charged in addition to your plan and run for the period stated when you buy them.
• Promotional prices apply only during the stated period and only to the plans named. When a promotion ends, prices return to normal.
• We may change prices for future periods. Any change won't affect a period you've already paid for.

6. Using the content

All content on Globfolio, including alerts, analysis, the G30 and Whisper index portfolios, course videos and webinar recordings, belongs to Globfolio or its licensors and is protected by the Copyright Act 2022 and other laws. Your subscription lets you use it for your own personal investing. You must not copy, record, resell, publish, forward or share it, in whole or in part, including in other WhatsApp or Telegram groups or on social media.

7. The Chatroom and other things you post

• You're responsible for what you post. Follow our Community Guidelines and the Chatroom rules.
• Members' messages, broker ratings and comments are their own opinions, not Globfolio's, and not advice.
• By posting, you give us a licence to display, store and moderate your content on Globfolio. We may remove content and limit, suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

8. Third-party services

We use other companies to run Globfolio, including Paystack for payments, WhatsApp, Vimeo, Zoom and our email provider. Their own terms also apply when you use them. Brokers listed or rated on Globfolio are not endorsed by us; check that any broker is properly licensed before you open an account.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, shares paid content, abuses other members, attempts fraud or chargebacks, or puts Globfolio or its members at risk. If we close an account for these reasons, we don't refund the unused period. You can stop using Globfolio at any time.

10. Our responsibility to you

We work hard to keep Globfolio accurate and available, but we provide it "as is". Prices and data can be delayed or wrong, and the service may sometimes be unavailable. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for investment losses, lost profits, or indirect losses arising from your use of Globfolio, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act 2018 or any other law that can't be excluded.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We'll post the new version here with its date and, for important changes, tell you by email or in the app. Continuing to use Globfolio after a change means you accept it.

12. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. If you have a complaint, contact us first at {support} and we'll try to resolve it within 14 days. If we can't, either of us may refer the dispute to mediation, and then to the courts of Lagos State.
